Her duties at the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) include leadership responsibilities for community relations, marketing, public relations, and the promotion, planning, and coordination of facility use for local and national clients, including government, military, and defense contractors. |

Ms. Collins has a background in fundraising, event planning, project management, individual and corporate donor relations, major gift solicitation, volunteer training, grant writing, e-marketing, database management, direct mail, and business-to-business marketing. Ms. Collins is active in non-profit and charitable organizations including the Junior League of Dayton, as an Associate Board Member for the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, and as a new member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2011. |
