Dr. Mark Draper, 711th Human Performance Wing
Topic: "Operator Interface Technology to support Future Human – Autonomy teaming"
Biography: Mark is an AFRL Fellow and Principal Engineering Research Psychologist for the Air Force Research Laboratory's 711th Human Performance Wing. He also serves as the Technical Advisor for the Supervisory Control and Cognition Branch as well as Chair of a NATO research team focused on human-autonomy teaming. In 2012, Dr Draper received the Harold Brown Award, the highest award given by the United States Air Force to a scientist or engineer who applies scientific research to solve a problem critical to the needs of the Air Force. His research interests include operator interfaces for unmanned aerial systems (UAS), multi-UAS supervisory control, human interaction with automation, multi-modal interfaces, and advanced interface technology design & evaluation. Mark received his MSE and Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Washington in 1998 where he studied virtual environment design.

We must provide a firm count by the Friday before the luncheon and will be charged for your luncheon even if you do not attend. If you choose to "pay at the door" option but do not cancel on time or do not attend, you will be billed because we will be charged for your lunch.
